Shouten no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Pein. This technique will allow a person to sacrifice their body so it can take on the almost real form of another. This technique is like Edo Tensei, but it allows for a live ninja to inhabit the body of another. Also unlike Henge which is just an appearance transformation for a ninja, this technique will allow the sacrifice to play the host for a virtual copy of another ninja.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu ( Art of Spiritualism )

A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Futon: Reppusho is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Pein will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.

Futon: Koryu no Jutsu ( Wind Release: Art of the Alternating Currents )

Utilizing the wind element, this Jutsu causes multiple high speed wind currents to form in designated locations. These wind currents move quickly enough to deny the ability to move freely in the air. Requires a string of seven hand seals.

Borudo ( Bolt Shock )

An advanced form of Raiton that uses Chakra to increase the amount of bio-electricity in the brain and sends the excess down to the hands.

Borudo: Boruha ( Bolt Shock: Bolt Sword )

A technique utilizing an advanced for of Raiton. After drawing out the bio-electricity focused in his hands, Pein can form swords of this electricity in front of his palm. The Boruha unlike the Boruken, can be grasped by Pein, and he will remain unaffected by the bio-electricity. The Boruha do cause actual damage to a living opponent, and are strong enough to cut through steel. They have the side effect of causing one to become temporarily paralyzed. The paralysis lasts for five seconds.

Kouton: Kou Hiyoke ( Rain Release: Rain Blind )

Kou Hiyoke is a Jutsu for a quick escape. Upon executing the hand seals for this technique, a flash rain appears, coming down in sheets, to blanket your getaway. Repeated users of this Jutsu are fond of using Kawarimi to replace them with a splash of water. The flash rain may catch you off guard and daze you for a moment, even if you expect it.

Kouton: Koudan ( Rain Release: Rain Bomb )

This is a dense, hard ball of collected humidity from around the air. It can be used as a makeshift shield to absorb kunai and shuriken, or utilized as an offensive weapon. Once it impacts upon a target, it explodes into many droplets of water charged with Chakra. Therefore, the raindrops are akin to fragments of metal until the Chakra is dispersed into the air. A lot of water is drawn out of the air, especially if Koudan is used consecutively, and, as a result, more humidity techniques are difficult to use. If the Jutsu was used in a dry area, it would be even harder to do so.

Only usable while raining, this Jutsu causes the raindrops around it's user to shoot at a designated target at high speed. Stops after a short period of time.

Kou Bunshin no Jutsu ( Art of the Rain Doppleganger )

Only usable while raining, this Jutsu is a weaker version of the Mizu Bunshin. It can attack, but is far weaker than its creator and dissipates in one hit, or when the rain stops.

This Genjutsu technique will cause the user to vanish from all five senses. Able only to be used during rain, the victim will see a silhouette of the user through the rain. If attacked, this silhouette will reveal the user being struck by the technique, and killed. The dead body will appear to be the user, and as a distraction, enable the user to attack undeterred.
